From the very beginning, our goal has been to combine technical skill with genuine enthusiasm. Not just creating visually stunning content, but keeping the story at the forefront of every project.

Cleo Emmett
Our Producer
Cleo is an award-winning producer and co-founder of Northern Outpost Productions. She has loved all things cinema since childhood, seeing film not just as stories on a screen but as something she knew she always wanted to be a part of.
Studying film at university, she started out exploring screenwriting and production design before discovering her true passion is producing. With a background in art and acting, Cleo brings a creative perspective to storytelling in every project, aiming to bring ambitious ideas to life.
Alongside film, she produces music videos and promotional content for businesses, helping artists and brands tell their stories in memorable ways

Harry Skuse
Our Writer/Director
A multi-award winning writer, director and co-founder of Northern Outpost Productions. Harry began his film-making career as a child, making stop motion animations with his Lego. This progressed into making short films with friends in Secondary School, where he decided to pursue his passion attending college at UTC@MediaCityUK.
After making several award winning films there, he attended university at MetFilm school, where he met his future collegues, and developed his skills further. Now, he is working as a director across several projects, including Music Videos, Brand Commercials and Narrative Shorts, as well as developing a feature.

Luca Hill
Our Director of Photography
Luca is an award-winning cinematographer and co-founder of Northern Outpost Productions. Hailing from the hills of Lancashire, he first got into cinematography during college and continued honing his skills further at MetFilm School. He’s worked as a DP on everything from short films to corporate videos, music videos and branded content.
What really drives him is the feeling behind the frame. Whether it’s natural light or dynamic framing, Luca’s all about drawing people into a world and making them feel something. He’s not just chasing beautiful shots but striving for that long-lasting feeling.
